There are some spicy and smoky aromas in the 2017 Susana Balbo Signature Malbec, which matured in oak barrels, 30% of them new, the rest second use, for 13 months. It comes from Altamira and has some 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. There are notes of ripe berries, blackberries and a touch of toast. It has flavors of creamy oak, herbs and ripe fruit.

In 1999, with almost two decades dedicating her talent to national and international companies in the wine business working as a consultant, Susana Balbo decided to make her dream of having a winery of her own come true and that was the moment Susana Balbo Wines put down roots in the heart of Luján de Cuyo Mendoza. During the last years, Susana, together with her children and her team, have been working tirelessly on meeting the international highest quality standards and have shown their commitment to some of the major issues of the 21st century: food safety, environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
The 2016 BenMarco Malbec is floral, spicy, aromatic, showy and expressive, with great freshness and lots of aromatic herbs, black pepper and flowers. This has both good ripeness and freshness, with very fine tannins.
